Coronavirus Response & Actions
The City of Manchester recognizes there is an expanding global outbreak of a respiratory illness caused by a novel (new) coronavirus. The disease the virus causes has been named COVID-19. The Mayor, City Manager, and representatives from the Police and Fire departments remind the business community and public to take proper COVID-19 precautions.
The Iowa Department of Public Health, along with Governor Reynolds, is asking people to #StepUpMaskUpIA. It is important for Iowans to be aware of how to prevent the spread of COVID-19. For the most current information about the COVID-19 situation in Iowa please check with the Iowa Department of Public Health website.
