Parks, Shelters, & Seibert Hall

The Manchester Parks and Recreation Department has 9 outdoor park shelters and one indoor hall.

Park Reservations
Reservations for the current year are taken continually throughout the year on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations for the following year are taken starting the first business day of the new year. The fee is $20 for a Monday through Thursday reservation and $30 for a Friday through Sunday reservation. Reservations should be made at City Hall, 208 E Main Street between the hours of 8 – 4pm. Rental fee is required to make the reservation. Once reserved, no refunds will be given. Park Shelters are available for general use of the public anytime they are not reserved. Manchester parks and shelters are open from 5am to 10:30pm. To inquire about seating capacity, shelter or park amenities, or availability call 563-927-1118.

Seibert Memorial Hall Reservations
To reserve Seibert Memorial Hall, please contact the City Office at 563-927-1118. A $50 refundable damage deposit is due at the time of reservation. Rental fees are $75 per day or $20 per hour. Damage deposit will be returned upon inspection and return of key. Rental time includes set up and tear down.
