Baum Park is located along Anderson and East Butler Streets, and right off of the Bikeway/Walkway. Baum Park provides a playground area, shelter, grills, restrooms, picnic area, a basketball court with adjustable hoops and a green space dedicated for a quieter nature watching and recreation.

The open-air shelter includes 6 tables (4 under the shelter, 2 outside) that can seat approximately 40 people. The shelter has electricity and a charcoal grill nearby. Two restrooms are available on the north end of the pumphouse. To reserve the shelter, please contact City Hall at 563-927-1118.

The east end of the park also offers an open air shelter and includes 2 picnic tables. This shelter is not reservable and is open on a first come, first serve basis.
