Family

I was born in Manchester and raised in Delhi. After graduating from Maquoketa Valley HS in 1984 and served in the United States Army at Arlington National Cemetery ( The Old Guard) until my honorable discharge in 1989. Bryan married Brenda Neihaus in 1996 and we have two children and six grandchildren. 

Work History

After being discharged from the military, I took a position with Bradco/ A TI/Paladin in Delhi and serviced as their service & warranty manager for 15 years, later taking a position at XL Trailers as their service & warranty manager, then in 2010 purchased Recker Signs which then became Manchester Signs which Brenda and I still own. 

Community Involvement 

As a business owner since 2010, I've had the distinct opportunity to serve most if not all the local businesses, municipalities, schools, clubs, churches, service departments. I've served as a member of the Manchester Chamber, donated time and materials to many area schools, clubs, charities over the years. I look forward to serving our Manchester community as their representative and voice to city government and whatever function that I'm called to assist. 

Maquoketa Valley HS graduate, some online college classes, participated in various trade schools consisting of hydraulic design and function, business management, construction, electrical and plumbing.
