Water Bill Update: November 15th, 2022
Attention Manchester Residents: If you received a phone call from the City of Manchester this morning (11/15/2022) regarding your water bill, please read the following.
The City of Manchester experienced a technical issue this morning with the billing software. Phone calls were automatically made via the software telling customers if their past due water bill was not paid today by 5:00PM their water would be disconnected. Your water will not be shut off today.
Water bills were due on November 10th. If your bill was not paid by the 10th, a reminder notice is being sent out to you. The reminder notice will state the date the bill needs to be paid before the account is disconnected.
Again, this phone call was made in error, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
